Annie lands in Zurich, Switzerland and she checks in with Auggie to let him know that she landed.  Annie sees her contact, but then she sees another man who could also be her contact as well.  All of a sudden flash bangs start to go off in the airport, and chaos breaks loose.  One of the men tries to steal the metal suitcase from Annie, but she fights him off and tries to gain her bearings.

We see Joan Campbell and Arthur relaxing at home enjoying breakfast in bed, things seems to be much better between them at this point.  They are interrupted when their phone rings and the information about what happened in Zurich breaks, and they start to do damage control on the situation.  In the meantime Annie has disguised herself, and is walking around with the package when she is seen by several Swiss police officers.  She has to dump the package in a safe place and she makes it to “The Turk” after exchanging some code words she is taken in so they can hide her.

Joan Campbell goes to brief Arthur on the status of what is going on, and he ambushes her with a company wide investigation because he feels that the leak is coming from her department the DPD.  Annie is taken to a secret apartment by “The Turk” while the CIA figures out a way to extract her from Zurich; she has wanted posters all over the country with her face on them so she has to lay low.  When she gets into the apartment she is ambushed and fights with a man, but then she realizes that it is the person who was her real contact.

Annie and her contact start to talk and try to piece together what happened, and he asks her where her briefcase is so that they can exchange.  She tells him she dropped it in a safe location, and he is dumbfounded that the CIA uses that as its protocol.  HE goes to take a shower and cool off after rigging a police scanner to listen in on the Swiss security forces.  Arthur Campbell meets with the reporter who has secret sources inside the CIA, and he basically threatens her if she continues to cross the line and report the incorrect things.

Annie starts talking to Auggie in order to figure out what the next course of action is, and Annie starts to look for the briefcase of the Masad agent she is hiding out with.  The agent breaks Annie’s cell phone because he does not feel anyone can be trusted because their mission was compromised, and he shows Annie that he had the case with him in the shower.  The Masad agent cooks dinner and they start to talk about different things about being an undercover agent as he stitches up one of Annie’s wounds.  Back at Langley the CIA company wide investigation commences and they start to interrogate Joan Campbells department including Auggie.

Annie is about to get dressed and notices an electric company van outside with men getting out, her and the other agent notice the men do not have on work boots and what company work on a Sunday.  It appears that the people hunting them down have found the safe house.  They escape from the safe house in the elevator shaft while the assassins’ search the apartment, everything is going fine but the other agent ends up being seen and the assassins’ give chase.

Anni returns to the Turk to find that she has been killed, and the Masad agent comes out of the back.  Annie panics and slaps some handcuffs on him, he says that The Turk was already dead when he got there and he tries to convince her he did not do it.  She calls back to Langley to find that Auggie is being interrogated and she has a new handler for the mission, the Masad agent tells her she has to complete the mission alone with the information and resources available to her.  He tells her she cannot trust the people back at home base, and all she has to do is finish the mission she gets her new passport and will be on her way.  Annie decides to trust him and hangs up on Langley, she unlocks the cuffs and they head out to retrieve the briefcase that she hid earlier.

Auggie passes the lie detector test, and is surprised that all of this is about a news reporter leak.  Annie and the Masad agent go to retrieve the case, when they arrive they find a wedding is going on in the room where Annie hid the case.  The bride is sitting right on top of the brief case, and they start to dance together to blend in as they figure out how to get the bride off the case.  The Masad agent goes to ask the bride for a dance and finds out that she has a leg injury, and she politely declines.

Annie goes up and flirts with the groom enough to make the bride jealous enough to get up and intervene; the Masad agent gets the case while everyone is distracted.  Annie escapes the party just before she is discovered and notices the case is missing, she looks for the Masad agent and he is nowhere to be found.  He pulls up in a car and she gets in to see both cases are intact; the plan is to get to Italy and leave from there.  As they are driving a Range Rover comes out of nowhere and rams the car they are in as they are talking, their car flips over on its side.

The men that rammed their car get out and see if they are alive, and the Masad agent takes them out while Annie gets the briefcases and finds a way out.  They get ready to flee when the police arrive and surround them, the police tell them both that they have planes to catch and take them to the airport.  They finally make the exchange at the airport, and head back to their respective countries.  Annie arrives back home and hands over the brief case mission completed.  Arthur and Joan Campbell are back in a strange place with regards to their relationship as a result of the CIA wide investigation focused on her department.  They seem to be up and down with the work/love relationship and it’s only going to get more complicated as long as the leak is still present at the CIA.

Annie Walker has gained lot of experience in a very short time, as her missions always seem to go off plan.  The show is written that way for a reason, and it has made for very exciting and interesting episodes.  The story lines that are going on only serve to make the show more interesting, the episode preview for next week looks like it won’t disappoint as well.
